Brad Bridges - Chief Executive Officer
Brad Bridges is Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Bridges is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of You Say When Yogurt, which operates a self-serve yogurt and smoothie chain that operates in 4 states and has over 35 franchise agreements signed. Mr. Bridges earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Business. Mr. Bridges has more than 20 years of business and marketing management experience for some of the country’s largest and most recognized consumer brands. Mr. Bridges was previously a marketing executive for Nestle USA, ConAgra Foods, Pabst Brewing Company, and Reynolds American.
Jimmy Mayberrie - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Mayberrie started with Durango USA as a trainer, bar manager, kitchen manager, and training coordinator. After Durango he took a job as the last assistant manager in the first franchise store of a new and upcoming concept called Tijuana Flats on Fowler Ave in Tampa. Mayberrie quickly became General Manager of that location. He was asked to take over the second location in Carrollwood. As Gm at Carrollwood he experienced a 32% sales increase for 3 consecutive years. Leaving the store with a 96% sales increase over three years and Operator of the Year in 2005. Promoted to Area Supervisor in 2006. As Area Supervisor he oversaw operations for 13 stores in 3 states and $12 million worth of sales. All franchise stores for the Company. After a great career in Fast Casual and working with Franchise Owners. Mayberrie returned to full service, making Partner with The Bayshore Co. With the Bayshore Co we own and operate five Beef “O” Brady’s locations and a fast casual concept called Little Greek. Which led him to start Jimmy’s Seaside Fries.
Shyam Mundra - Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer: Shyam Mundra Arriving from Canada 15 years ago, Mr. Mundra began his career in Finance . Using the knowledge and skills he learned from being schooled in finance in Toronto, Shyam turned around two mid-size medical diagnostic facilities in 1999. Upon successfully completing the turnaround he started his own commercial financing company in 2000. While serving in this capacity he was instrumental in financing various commercial projects to include restaurants, hotels. office buildings service stations, and other commercial developments. While providing the financing Mr. Mundra also held ownership in various casual dining restaurants in the Tampa bay Area. Currently Mr. Mundra works as Private Client officer for a local community bank handling commercial financial transactions. Mr. Mundra sits on a number local boards and works with a number of community organizations: Board of Counselors at The University of Tampa, Gracepoint (formerly Mental Health Centers FL), Hillsborough Education Foundation and Tampa Downtown partnership
