Jimmy's Seaside Fries is a special franchise concept that three friends have created. Three friends that love what they do!! It is who we are. We create opportunities for people to own their own business or a second form of revenue to better enrich their lives. We all want to be our own boss and we share in your dreams. We work so hard to get Jimmy's open for significantly lower investment costs than our competitors. We want to make the entire franchise process as easy as possible. Brad Bridges - Chief Executive Officer

Brad Bridges is Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Bridges is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of You Say When Yogurt, which operates a self-serve yogurt and smoothie chain that operates in 4 states and has over 35 franchise agreements signed. Mr. Bridges earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Business. Mr. Bridges has more than 20 years of business and marketing management experience for some of the country’s largest and most recognized consumer brands. Mr. Bridges was previously a marketing executive for Nestle USA, ConAgra Foods, Pabst Brewing Company, and Reynolds American.

Jimmy Mayberrie - Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Mayberrie started with Durango USA as a trainer, bar manager, kitchen manager, and training coordinator.   After Durango he took a job as the last assistant manager in the first franchise store of a new and upcoming concept called Tijuana Flats on Fowler Ave in Tampa.    Mayberrie quickly became General Manager  of that location.  He was asked to take over the second location  in Carrollwood.  As Gm at Carrollwood he experienced a 32% sales increase for 3 consecutive years. Leaving the store with a 96% sales increase over three years and Operator of the Year in 2005. Promoted to Area Supervisor in 2006. As Area Supervisor he oversaw operations  for 13 stores in 3 states and $12 million worth of sales. All franchise stores for the Company.  After a great career in Fast Casual and working with Franchise  Owners.  Mayberrie returned to full service, making  Partner  with The Bayshore  Co.   With the Bayshore Co we own and operate five Beef “O” Brady’s locations and a fast casual concept called Little Greek. Which led him to start Jimmy’s Seaside Fries.

Shyam Mundra - Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer: Shyam Mundra Arriving from Canada 15 years ago, Mr. Mundra began his career in Finance . Using the knowledge and skills he learned from being schooled in finance in Toronto, Shyam turned around two mid-size medical diagnostic facilities in 1999. Upon successfully completing the turnaround he started his own commercial financing company in 2000. While serving in this capacity he was instrumental in financing various commercial projects to include restaurants, hotels. office buildings service stations, and other commercial developments. While providing the financing Mr. Mundra also held ownership in various casual dining restaurants in the Tampa bay Area. Currently Mr. Mundra works as Private Client officer for a local community bank handling commercial financial transactions. Mr. Mundra sits on a number local boards and works with a number of community organizations: Board of Counselors at The University of Tampa, Gracepoint (formerly Mental Health Centers FL), Hillsborough Education Foundation and Tampa Downtown partnership

This saves you time and money not having to do drawings from scratch and determine where the equipment goes and what you should have. We take all of that work and stress out of the process. You just paid to get them signed and sealed and then we are off to permitting. Saving money on the creating of the plans will allow you to save thousands of dollars. Construction : The construction process is always the most time consuming and stressful part of the process for the franchise owner. We are here to completely eliminate that problem. We have secured a kiosk manufacturer that will build your entire kiosk for roughly half the cost of the competition and it comes delivered to you fully completed. All you do is to hire a local contractor to hook up the electrical, place the glass in place, connect the plumbing and place the equipment. This saves you months of working with kiosk manufacturers and tens of thousands of dollars in kiosks cost. Once again, Jimmy’s Seaside Fries are saving you time and money.

Welcome Sam Desani to the team!


Sam Desai has recently joined Jimmy’s Seaside Fries team as Development Agent in Georgia. Sam began working in fast-casual franchise restaurants in his early teen years operating his father’s SUBWAY restaurants in Beaufort, SC. For over a span of 10 years, studying the daily disciplines of running a successful franchise concept he discovered his passion for food service & franchising. Although, he pursued a Bachelors Degree in Film & Television Production, which is his second passion and was successful in that industry, something always gravitated him back to the restaurant franchise industry.


In 2003 Sam joined SUBWAY Development of Georgia, in Atlanta, GA, which was the 4th largest territory under the leadership of Development Agent Joseph Hart. Starting as a Franchise Field Consultant learning every aspect of the business he was soon promoted to Director of Operations & Marketing with overall supervision of 25 Field Consultants & 500+ locations in the Georgia/Tennessee area. During his career at Subway Development of GA, he was often involved in testing & rolling out the many popular campaigns that were developed during that time, including the famous “$5.00 Footlong”. A seasoned negotiator, he was also on the committee that negotiated a long-term national beverage deal with Coca-Cola and installation of the TURBO CHEF Toaster Ovens seen in stores today.


Sam has more than 20 years of business & marketing management experience working with many recognized franchise brands, SUBWAY, Moes’s Southwest Grill, Raising Canes, Bojangles, Tijuana Flats, Firehouse Subs and Avis Budget Car Rental Group. Sam has since built a successful e-commerce and contract supply chain business to Local/State/Federal Government & Military clients in the Tampa Bay area. Though his passion for restaurant franchising has brought him back to this investment opportunity with Jimmy’s Seaside Fries as Development Agent for the Georgia market.
